Confirmation Email

We'll send you an email with your inquiry details, the fingerling size and count you asked for, and how long you should expect to wait for a response.

Hatchery Review

We check your delivery date against our spawn cycles, available tank space, and how our breeding stock is doing. This takes a day or two usually. If your timing lines up with one of our spawns, we confirm it. Otherwise we suggest dates that work better.

Direct Contact

The hatchery manager reaches out with spawn confirmation, FCR numbers, how to acclimate the fish, and final pricing. You'll lock in your delivery date and submit the formal order.
